From TIPO to FITT – The Southern Border Fence Data Management System

Baker developed an integrated web-based project management solution that facilitates communication and reporting between the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and their consultants and contractors. The Tactical Infrastructure Program Overview (TIPO) system was initiated to streamline the reporting demands of the Secure Fence Act fence construction program and was later expanded to include the Facilities Infrastructure Tracking Tool (FITT) to function as a management tool for the execution of facilities and tactical infrastructure construction projects for the DHS supporting Customs and Border Protection.
