The Marine Corps Intelligence Activity's Geospatial Intelligence Directorate has been supporting the production and dissemination of intelligence products and data kits through web and portable GIS applications since 2001. The newest GIS Dissemination application called the "GID Warehouse" was developed to create a collaborative GEOINT dissemination environment where users from the intelligence community can access Geospatial Intelligence Products, Essential Vector Data and Imagery Product Libraries from one point of access. The GID Warehouse offers a "Clip and Ship" tool powered by ArcGIS Server and Image Server to allow users to obtain "Production Ready" data from MCIA's Enterprise Architecture. User metrics are tracked resulting in a reliable GEOINT Warehouse application and some "ever evolving" business practices in support of the war fighter.
