A key goal of the Geospatial Platform is to provide core Federal geospatial resources to the public as a consistently managed geospatial asset portfolio to maximize the potential for solving problems on large and small scales while also supporting everyday business needs in a manner that increases accountability and transparency. Attend this session to discuss what the release of the OMB Circular A-16 Supplemental Guidance means for geospatial data within the Portfolio and to learn how the Geospatial Platform will support the prioritization, selection and allocation of resources to maximize enterprise value in geospatial data, services and applications. Assist in identifying key areas where training and other resources may be valuable for your organization. Learn how you or your organization may take advantage of the existing assets in the Federal geospatial portfolio and help influence the future of the portfolio by providing input on key aspects of geospatial asset identification and inclusion, sharing, and management.
