3D Analyst — Visualization and ArcGlobe

Geared toward all users, this session will provide an overview of how to visualize and share data experiences in three dimensions using the 3D Analyst extension. Techniques for creating and editing 3D content such as buildings and terrains will be demonstrated. Topics will include an overview of 3D data types and the use of imagery, lidar, and 3D models to create a virtual city. Various solutions for sharing 3D content will include creating 3D fly-through animations, 3D globe services, and best practices for sharing both 2D and 3D content for use with ArcGIS Explorer.
