Introducing Esri's Open Source Geoportal Server

In this presentation, attendees will be introduced to the concept of geoportals and their role in spatial data infrastructures (SDI). We will introduce Esri's new open source Geoportal Server and explain how users can benefit from and contribute to further development of this product when realizing SDI or open government data sharing applications. The session will also address other steps from Esri into the world of open source software.
