ArcGIS for National Government is a system that provides useful GIS maps and apps focused on enabling national government agencies and other authorities in accomplishing their missions - that is, to run their operations more efficiently; to communicate more effectively; to save money; to engage with the public; and to understand, plan, and set policies. These maps and apps are packaged with ArcGIS software and support the work of key departments and national government activities. You get the ArcGIS system along with a ready-to-use series of GIS maps and apps that enable government employees and citizens to apply useful information to accomplish their work. You also join a community of your peers in other national government organizations that you can collaborate with to get training, share best practices, and to provide feedback to Esri's development teams. This series of sessions will present the work that is ongoing in several subject areas and highlight the maps and apps that area and will be available in each: Military - Land Operations, Military - Maritime Operations, Intelligence, Non-Profit and Non-Governmental Organizations, Ocean Use Planning, Emergency Management Facilities, Demographics, Housing, and Health.
