Collecting data is such a time-consuming project that subsequent update is often neglected after coverages are established. Yet with high-accuracy data, continuous refining is an essential part of the development process; otherwise information is outdated almost as it become available. At Pagis, we have developed methods to use the Internet as a link, connecting both county/city agencies and map users with our data. This allows most of our data revisions and data output to be processed automatically, using custom interfaces. The paper will discuss both the technical aspects of the CGI development and problems that were encountered in implementation.
