Abstract
Integrating ArcView 3.x to Microsoft Visual Basic in Support of ArcView 3.x to ArcGIS Migration

Migrating applications from the ArcView 3.x environment to the ArcGIS architecture can be done in "baby steps" starting with decoupling ArcView 3.x Softwar-based GUIs and moving those GUIs to Visual Basic. This presentation describes the details necessary to support integration and communication between ArcView 3.x and the Microsoft COM-compliant Visual Basic environment.
