Abstract
Rapid Implementation of an Enterprise Spatial Data Warehouse for the State of North Dakota

The State of North Dakota has successfully implemented an enterprise GIS data warehouse based on ArcGIS technologies. The geodatabase data is served to the State agencies and the public through the Internet. The warehouse was implemented in a very rapid time frame and for a very aggressive budget. This paper describes the architecture of a State-wide warehouse and the technical and organizational issues that were encountered during the project.
