Abstract
Delaware's LocationWizard: Integrating Data at the Time of Creation

Six years ago the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) developed a planning program that studied the State across multiple disciplines. As a result of this planning program, the need for an environmental database management system that integrates information from all DNREC programs began to form.
Today, DNREC's Environmental Information System is an Intranet-based system for data entry and an Internet-based system for public access. This presentation will focus on LocationWizard, an ArcIMS application developed to add spatial information to ArcSDE using MapObjects 2.1.
