AbstractCustom ArcIMS Application to Catalog, Archive, and Distribute Recreational Information Track: State and Local Government Author(s): Amber Shultz, Ken Nelson The State of Kansas Data Access and Support Center (DASC), in a cooperative agreement with the State of Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks/Division of State Parks (KDWP/DSP), is developing (to be completed by January, 2002) a custom, interactive inventorying application specified by the SCORP Facility Inventory, which requires local governments within the State to identify and catalog all recreational facilities within their area. DASC has developed an application to collect, archive, and distribute the recreation area information using ArcIMS and SDE, Oracle, and Macromedia's ColdFusion application development software.
