The large volume, high rate of change, and irregular nature of spatio-temporal data presents new challenges to GIS professionals trying to capture, analyse, and selectively respond to real-time events. Learn about integrated approaches to three of the trickiest problems: querying spatial relationships between two or more moving points (aka mobile-to-mobile tracking), storing irregular data in a time-series array, and automatically sending messages according to changing spatial relationships.
