Abstract
Serving a National Streamflow Statistics Application via ArcIMS

The U.S. Geological Survey is developing an ArcObjects application to delineate watersheds and compute streamflow statistics (like the 100-year flood). The application is being developed initially for ArcMap 8.1, but we plan to serve the application on the Internet with ArcIMS. The design considerations and status of the application will be presented. Some of the software products used in this project are SQL Server 2000, ArcIMS 3.1, ArcGIS, and ArcSDE 8.1.
