Abstract
ArcScene for 3D Visualization: Examples from Louisiana

With the introduction of ArcScene, Esri has allowed advanced 3D visualization tools to become accessible to users of the ArcGIS suite of products. This paper will demonstrate the utility of 3D visualization tools within the framework of ArcScene. Examples of virtual reality flights through Louisiana landscapes will be displayed. Terrain perspective stills also will be shown. Additionally, various datasets will be combined and displayed to demonstrate the wide-ranging applicability of ArcScene for 3D visualization.
