Nashville Metro Water Services Integrates Hansen IMS and ArcGIS Track: Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Author(s): Gary Moore The Metro Water Services (MWS) Department of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, is a longstanding user of Hansen CMMS and ArcInfo. As part of its GIS and CMMS efforts, MWS migrated its existing digital coverages of sewer, storm water, and water systems into ArcGIS geodatabases. This presentation discusses how the Hansen and GIS systems were integrated, what workflows were affected, how it impacted department users, and data access and usage has improved as a result.
