Lessons Learned Implementing Utility Asset Management Systems: Newport News, Virginia Track: Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Author(s): Kirstin Platt, Kirk McClurkin Through the use of case studies this presentation will share the lessons learned from asset management system implementation within the public works arena. The case studies will address CMMS sections to integrate with an Esri ArcGIS environment, data requirements, data modifications and sharing, multi-departmental teaming agreements, and the development of cartographic and workflow process standards.
