 The PACAF GeoBase Maturity Metrics: A Standardization Tool Track: Defense and Intelligence Author(s): Lance Filler, Benjamin McMillan To effectively measure the health and progress of the GeoBase program in the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), PACAF GeoIntegration Office has created the PACAF GeoBase Capability Maturity Model (PACAF gCMM). This metrics framework is derived from the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) model published by the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. This presentation will discuss the components of the PACAF gCMM, how it has been implemented, lesson learned in the process, and possibilities for the future.
