Flight Line Management in a GeoBase Environment Track: Environmental Management Author(s): John Hyde, Doug Ruppel This presentation explores the implementation of a Web-based application while utilizing GeoBase assets, the Hazardous Material Management System (HMMS), near real-time location data, relational DBMS, and GIS. This paper discusses a variety of issues involved in standing up a GeoBase service using Esri enterprise GIS products. This paper also discusses solutions to issues encountered during application development and explores the implications for future GeoBase application development efforts.
