Web-Based Incident Analysis and Vulnerability Mapping With ArcGIS 9 Track: Homeland Security Author(s): Lee Neher, James Schek, Robert Chou Lawrence Livermore National Lab has developed an ArcIMS/ArcGIS Web site allowing analysts to utilize both spatial and textual query tools to quickly assess threat potential within CONUS. Selected incidents can be reviewed and then mapped on a national or local scope. High quality maps with leader line annotation are auto-generated against more than 30 nationwide datasets via an ArcMap interface or a prototype interface using ArcGIS Server technology for remote Web access.
