Deaggregating National Energy Forecast Data for Use on Regional Projects Track: Education Author(s): Jesse Cohen The Annual Energy Outlook (AEO) produced by the Department of Energy releases important and timely data regarding current and future energy demand. The analysis of this model is aggregated to the census region. To make this data useful on a local and regional scale the AEO model must be deaggregated. This presentation will cover the processes used to deaggregate the data in a manner relevant to the design, and its conversion to an automated and flexible application.
