Montana's Geodetic Control Database Track: Surveying Author(s): Rj Zimmer Montana developed an on-line control database that is FGDC compliant and provides the surveying GIS and mapping communities access to control data derived by state, federal, tribal, local governments, and private companies. The control is used for a variety of publc and private imagery, mapping, surveying, and construction projects and also supports spatial accuracy improvement of the BLM's Geographic Coordinate Database (GCDB).
