Abstract
 Locating Unknown Service Connections During Reading Routes Track: Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Author(s): Elias Manrique, Juan Rodriguez To manage service interruptions and generate consumption models, the location of clients using GIS is mandatory. However, the client information is on the commercial system but not on the GIS. About 20% of Canal de Isabel II service connections were not located. By developing a system based on ArcPad, water meter readers have been able to locate the rest of the clients during reading routes.
