Abstract
Calgary Fire Department's Steps to Determine Performance Measures Track: EMS/Fire Author(s): Duane Bruce, Bruce McBride Esri's ArcGIS was utilized to extensively review and provide a baseline to build a strong, effective performance measure of current response, mapping and modeling over an 18-month period. The review recommends the development of performance measures to adequately reflect the needs of the city of Calgary, with the goal of generally adapting international standards as NFPA 1710.
