Abstract
Industrial Cluster Analysis Using GIS: A Case Study of Indiana Track: State and Local Government Author(s): Christine Nolan, Indraneel Kumar This project explores the use of GIS for industrial cluster analysis, a regional and urban economic development tool, using an Indiana region as a case study. The objective is to develop a GIS database that can be used for regional economic analyses; for support in identifying industrial clusters; to map industrial clusters; and prepare reports. The research will also attempt to attach "regional economic model" results into the GIS database for cluster analysis. Christine Nolan Purdue University Purdue Center for Regional Development 1201 W.
