 Managing Linear Reference Model Traversals with Network Analyst Track: Transportation Author(s): Kevin Hunt, Brad Hibner Managing Linear Reference Model Traversal with Network Analyst describes methods for utilizing existing mile point locations to generate specific routes on a statewide scale. The paper describes source data manipulation, network dataset configuration and tuning, transfer of existing mile point locations to updated versions of source data, and developing scripts to automatically and semiautomatically generate routes while providing direct ID linkage to source data.
