Performance Measurements and Web Services for the U.S. Army's BCCS Track: Defense and Intelligence Author(s): Edgar Shrum This paper will first provide the results of an extensive program of performance measurements on the Esri-based Commercial Joint Mapping Toolkit (C/JMTK) and the ArcGIS Military Analyst with Military Overlay Editor (MOLE).
