Abstract
What Is Agent Analyst? Track: Modeling Author(s): Nate Strout This presentation will provide a general overview of Agent Analyst, a modeling toolkit that allows ArcGIS users to build geographically aware agent-based models. This presentation will also touch on the basics of agent-based modeling and how these concepts are implemented within Agent Analyst. Agent Analyst integrates the free and open source Recursive Porous Agent Simulation Toolkit (Repast) into ArcGIS to provide users with the framework for modeling and simulating change and movement using agent-based tools methodologies.
