Integrating ArcGIS Server and Mobile ADF for Land Record Distribution
Track: New Technology and System Integration
Author(s): Tammi Shepherd

The Access Oakland products are the gateway to parcel-based information in Oakland County, Michigan. This web-based product streamlines critical business processes for real estate and mortgage professionals. The products also provide residents with a means to analyze the value of their current residential property, as well as become a well-informed homebuyer and seller. Since the initial in-house development in 1998, Access Oakland has been enhanced and adapted to changes in technology and the needs of the business community. However, Oakland County is now rebuilding this product suite from the ground up and to better serve the County's constituency. This presentation will focus on the plans to integrate the latest in mobile, geospatial, and Web service technologies, such as ArcGIS Server and the Mobile ADF, to develop a product that will enable access to land and lifestyle information for anyone, anywhere, anytime.
