Abstract
An Introduction to Greenprint.org: An Online Web Site for Best Practices Track: Ecology and Conservation Author(s): Breece Robertson The Trust for Public Land (TPL) is proposing to develop a conservation website that will be a place for conservationists from across the nation to share best practices. The idea for the website is based on TPL's experience working with state and local governments to create, finance and manage land conservation programs, including assisting with the completion of critical real estate transactions. Greenprinting.Org is envisioned to be a place where conservation professionals, volunteers, and public planners come together to build a body of practical knowledge; find access to a collection of mapping tools; and, collectively work on conserving priorities in communities across America.
