Ohio Statewide Imagery Program: National Map Blueprint Using ImageServer
Track: State and Local Government
Author(s): Stu Davis, Brian Stevens, Jeff Lovin, Brian Stevens

State and federal agencies are increasingly taking a direct involvement in reducing the level of geospatial data duplication between local, state and federal governments including, but not limited to, the creation of digital orthophotography and LiDAR. To effectively reduce duplication efforts, a standard blueprint is needed to guide other state and federal agencies. This presentation will outline the Ohio Statewide Imagery Program and how its establishment may be used as a blueprint for the national map. Topics will include the technology used, the products created and the distribution to counties and other entities, utilizing Esri Software including Image Server.
