Abstract
Geospatial Information Web System Applied to Groundwater Management Track: Water Resources Author(s): Mahmoud Bouzelboudjen, Fran�ois Burri, Pierre-Alain Gretillat Today, it is very difficult to treat the environmental problems without using the system of geographic information. Our work targeted on the problems of the development of the numerical geospatial database applied to groundwater management to Ajoie (Jura, Switzerland). The Ajoie Web application allows showing the complex behaviour in karstic medium. These aquifers are characterized by a heterogeneous and discontinuous porosity and large spatial variability of hydraulic parameters. This application integrates several tools to facilitate the cartographic analysis of these complex karstic aquifers.
