AMC's Partnerships for Creating IGI&S Enabled Airfield Suitability Diagrams

Air Mobility Command (AMC) aircrews are not allowed to fly into an airfield unless it has been reviewed and approved by AMC's Airfield Suitability Branch. The airfield suitability review process output is the textual AMC Giant Report. AMC is in the process of taking the text data in the Giant Report and visualizing that data using Esri products and Google Earth. This presentation will provide an overview of the partnering between AMC's GeoIntegration Office and Airfield Suitability Branch to produce IGI&S enabled Airfield Suitability Diagrams for pre-mission and flight planning use.
