GIS System and Integration Design: Technical Approach

Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility has undertaken a project to evaluate its asset systems data design in order to streamline workflows, reduce double entry, and improve integration between GIS, financial and work management systems. This process was completed by compiling asset centric workflow diagrams and leveraging these workflows to identify data design needs and integration points. This workshop will focus on the process of creating those workflow definitions and migrating these into data design and integration changes.
