Seventeen years into the implementation of a shared GIS program, the City of Aspen and Pitkin County, Colorado have experienced success and some pitfalls. Our program is well established as an organizational and community asset but needs to continually evolve to be effective. This session will cover how you can evaluate your GIS program and will offer tips and suggestions to keep your program fresh.
