US Army Corps of Engineers Residential Management System (RMS) Pilot

The Los Angeles District of the US Army Corps of Engineers has completed a highly successful RMS (Residential Management System) Pilot. Using Esri ArcObjects and scripting, this pilot has integrated Defense construction project management and financial management information for nearly 600 Defense-related projects in 30 offices in the Los Angeles District of the US Army Corps of Engineers. Users can readily access this web application for querying and reporting to learn the status of projects. Managers can readily identify, through reports and maps, which projects are on time, on cost, their locations, along with other information and GIS layers. This pilot is expected to expand to monitor and manage Defense construction projects worldwide.
