Modelling of Transport Streams Oil in the Northwest of Russia

One of conditions of steady social and economic development of regions is maintenance of their power safety. GIS has been organized, containing the data about volumes of an oil production, manufacture and delivery of oil, gasoline, diesel fuel in subjects of Northwest federal district (NWFD) in 2005-2007. On the basis of the data about transportation of oil and mineral oil the cards reflecting the structure of fuel providing of regions NWFD by mineral oil, including at the expense of processing of oil extracted in region are constructed. Calculation of volumes of shipment of mineral oil from platforms of oil refining factories, located both in territory NWFD, and behind its limits is made. Volumes of deliveries and the average distances of transportation of mineral oil in subjects NWFD are defined.
