The Integrated System of Management of Emergencies of Santarém, regional range, is structured on a geographical information system, interconnected to a system of managing. Depending on the different needs, we can use the several components of the platform: desktop applications, mobile, internet, intranet and extranet, used depending on the context of the operational use and mission.
In an emergency, the Governo Civil and all the civil protection agents will have a platform that enables real-time interconnection between all, with a corresponding sharing of relevant information.
This interconnection allows better coordination of resources and visualization with the GIS platform of the entire theater of operations, both of an event in itself as all existing in the area of the Governo Civil.
With the centralization of all information and its update in real-time, we solve any operational situation, regardless size and duration, with an optimization of resources and more effective response.
