Using Geoprocessing to Automate Location of Medical Treatment Facilities

Geoprocessing aids the commander, within course of action development, in automating the selection the positions for Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) based on other predetermined events. Geoprocessing can be done within Area of Interest (AOI) based upon the following planning considerations: Accessibility, Durability, Space and Security to provide viable location built on Terrain Reasoning and analysis. Each of these considerations, aid in providing effective medical treatment facilities for the soldier. This research will focus on the development of a Medical Treatment Facility for the commander to employ during the operation.
