Cash Forecasting and Route Planning for Financial Institutions

Cash distribution in a financial system is important in terms of both security and efficient money flow. Cash should be distributed by minimum stops and from points which are closest to each other. PlusOneMinusOne uses Network Analyst tool in order to arrange the delivery program for the financial institutions, so that transfer costs and risks are minimized. On the other hand, geographical and demographical information is used to identify future needs and distribution strategies of the financial institutions. By utilizing this information the amount of unused cash and the cost of distribution can be minimized at the same time. The planning is done on a daily basis accounting for calendar information such as holidays and weekends.
