AbstractEmergency Operations Incident Tracking System & Supporting Emergency ResponseTrack: Disaster Management and Emergency Response Author The Emergency Operations Center Incident Tracking System, EOC ITS, has been developed utilizing both the ArcGIS Server and AGS Mobile technologies. The application allows for stratified security access and configuration according to user need and role. The EOC ITS manages access to a SDE database which allows for real-time editing and reporting of incidents during an emergency event or on a daily operational basis. The AGS Mobile piece of the system provides a field interface which can both view and update critical information in 'real time' from the field. The EOC ITS has been developed in partnership with Esri and should be deployable by anyone using ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Mobile. Staff will provide a demonstration of the EOC ITS.
