AbstractThe GeoCEAP-Database-Modeling Framework for National-Scale Water Quality AssessmentsTrack: Water Resources Author This paper depicts the development of a geodatabase-ArcHydro-based framework (GeoCEAP) designed to support nation-wide water quality assessments at the national level. The system is being design to support the United States Department of Agriculture Conservation Effects Assessment Project (CEAP), which includes the use of agricultural management hydrological models to quantify the environmental benefits of conservation practices at the national scale.
