Watershed Boundary Dataset tools

With the completion of the Watershed Boundary Dataset (WBD) and the integration of the WBD into the National Hydrography Dataset (NHD), custom tools to edit the WBD data in the new model were needed. This presentation will cover a brief background on the status of the WBD as part of the NHD, the process for gathering requirements for the custom tools, the creation of the tools, testing, implementation and finally training of users of the new tools. A demonstration of the custom tools in ArcGIS will follow.
