AFGSC Geobase: Combining 2 Architectures Into 1

The rebranding of Air Force Global Strike Command's (AFGSC) GeoBase program to meet the mission of AFGSC and the responsibilities bestowed upon it by SECDEF. This presentation will explore the requirements that drove AFGSC to start with the bottom up approach for architecture, capabilities, and vision. While by no means did AFGSC start off completely from scratch as the program was built upon the sound teachings of the GeoBase programs of ACC, AFSPC, and PACAF the unique mission of AFGSC did drive a relook at what their future implementation would need to be to meet the mission.
