GIS Mineral is a comprehensive GIS solution for VALE, the second biggest Mining company in the world. This solution provides a better integration of the Ferrous Department through GIS data structuring in centralized georeferenced databases, in order to optimize every day tasks and to help strategic management. It is composed by Web, Desktop and Mobile integrated modules. The portal allows users dynamically add operational layers from Geodatabase and Image Server, easily bringing to the user the power of strategic, tactic and operational information.
