DCSE helped Jurupa Community Services District in cleaning up their sewer data and migrating the data to the District's geodatabase. DCSE also configured ArcGIS Server for the District to enable everyone in the District to view District Data and leverage the same in their day to day workflows. The first two phases of the GIS implementation called for GIS data conversion from as-builts, and existing GIS, among other sources. The subsequent phase called for linking with hard copy sources and ensuring network integrity in the migrated geodatabase. The last phase involved serving this through ArcGIS Server.

The District has now been working on Sewer CCTV video project, using GIS. The District is responsible for providing water, sewer and street lights for over 85,000 people and for maintaining more than 100 acres of parks and over 25 miles of frontage landscape in an unincorporated, 48-square-mile region of western Riverside County
