City of Golden Launches YourGOV Web and Mobile Reporting Tools

The City of Golden launced YourGOV - a web based and mobile phone solution reporting tool. YourGOV is an application that allows the City of Golden Community to report non-emergency issues to the City.
Issues are brought directly into the City's work management solution where they are forwarded to the responsible department. By using YourGOV, the Community is able to submit an issue and track its progress from submittal to completion via the Web. Not only can one view thier own issues they have submitted, but any other issues that have been submitted can be viewed as well, all in an interactive map environment.
