Maps and data are typically non-existent in areas exposed to protracted social conflict. This presentation discusses the implementation of a ArcGIS Mobile solution in the Niger Delta of Nigeria as a tool for understanding the enviroment and establishing a baseline for development to be monitored and evaluated. The discussion includes an overview of the objectives and the details of project implementation and logistics.
