Dynamically Web Map Your Work Order System

This presentation will give you the steps and structure on how to implement a real time look at your work order assignments and vehicles by location. We'll review the data, methodologies, and technology required to rapidly deploy this transformational web application. The presentation will detail how the technologies used (ArcGIS API for Javascript, jQuery, JSON, .NET Web Services, AVL/GPS) work together to provide a solution for field staff and management. We'll cover lessons learned and pitfalls that we've encountered from building several systems at the City of Aurora, Colorado.
