Nevada GIS Professionals, City Source and ESRI have combined efforts to deploy City Source's smartphone application branded as "MyNevada" which will allow citizens to report service requests across all government jurisdictions within the State of Nevada.

Requests are routed via email, or through interfaces established with a jurisdiction's service request software system. Citizens are made aware of whom the request was submitted to, and the disposition of the request is posted to the MyNevada.gov website, and any other webpage via City Source's "cut and paste" web-widget service. Jurisdictions are able to access, manage and update service requests either through City Source's browser-based management system, or their internal CRM system if they choose.

The MyNevada application improves interaction between government and citizens by including the capability to communicate the action taken on requested services, and push RSS feeds to application users based on their location.
