Introducing Online Community Maps

ArcGIS Online provides access to a set of online maps (including imagery, street, topographic maps and more) that are hosted by Esri and made freely available to users. Esri has an active Community Maps Program that is intended to make these maps better through the participation of the GIS user community. In this session, you will get the latest update on what Community Maps are currently available, how they are being built, and how they can be used in your online maps and apps. You will learn why many ArcGIS users are already participating in the Community Maps Program and how you too can participate. We will also talk about future Community Maps initiatives that are being designed and developed and what this will mean for the GIS user community.
